Who we are
Trust Media Ltd ("we", "us") is a marketing agency providing content and advertising services to aesthetic clinics. We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17451759). This policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through our website and through lead forms on Facebook and Instagram (Meta lead ads). Contact: josephgainsborough@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you request a call or submit a lead form, we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, Instagram handle and clinic name. We also receive the date and the ad or form you responded to. We do not ask for or want health or medical information.
How we use it
We use your details only to contact you about your enquiry, arrange an onboarding call, and tell you about our services. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Legal basis
We process your information on the basis of your consent when you submit the form and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Meta lead ads
If you submit a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta Platforms passes the details you submit to us. Meta's own handling of your data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.
Who we share it with
Your information is stored securely with our hosting and database providers, who process it only on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete them, unless you become a client.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent and stop being contacted at any time, by emailing josephgainsborough@gmail.com. If you are in the UK you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
